Capsule Sampling Checkweigher
Introduction：
????????SeTAQ sampling capsule checkweigher is designed to sample the capsules at regular intervals and check their filling difference undamagedly during the capsule filling production. Adopting SeTAQ's patents, it is a high speed capsule checkweigher, which can online check the filling with high accuracy and feedback mean filling to adjust the the parameters of capsule filling machine. Composed of 1 or 2 weighing channels, it can check the filling?variance without changing the molds.?
????????In the capsule filling workshop, the operator or the feeding machine regularly takes a certain number of capsules from the discharge outlet of the filling machine, then pours them into the vibratory feeding tray of the SeTAQ sampling capsule checkweigher. The feeding tray makes all the capsules in the tray line up and move them to the SeTAQ patented weighing unit one by one. The weighing unit checks the filling of each capsule by weighing the weight of the capsules at high speed, and the rejection unit automatically rejects the unqualified capsules which exceed the quanlified weight range. Finally, the filling report of all the capsules sampled this time is given. The operator of the capsule filling machine adjusts the control parameters of the filling machine according to the filling report, so as to make the average filling of the subsequent capsules consistent with the target weight of the capsules as much as possible. If the capsule filling exceeds the allowable difference limit, the filling production will stop. Then take out all the capsules produced in the period from the last sampling to now, check their weight one by one, and reject the unqualified products until the control parameters of the filling machine are adjusted, and then through a new spot test procedure, the filling production can continue if the results are completely qualified. This can greatly reduce the probability that the finished capsules are finally identified as inferior medicine due to unqualified filling difference in future quality spot checks, and greatly reduce the risk of inferior medicine in product inventory and circulation.

????????1、Adopts the vibratory tray designed to feed hard capsules with a capacity of 300 capsules (2# capsules) . The feeding speed of capsules was fast and uniform.
????????2、Adopts SeTAQ patented slide weighing frame. The capsule checkweighing speed can be adjusted by setting the vibratory feeding speed or adjusting the inclination angle of the weighing platform.?
????????3、Adopts patented SeTAQ detachable slide plate weighing unit. The weighing chute can be disassembled and cleaned without tools, which is very convenient and can ensure the safety of the load cells. One chute can be disassembled within 10 seconds.
????????4、Adopts SeTAQ capsule slide checkweighing patent. No need to change the mould to check capsules of various sizes one by one.
????????5、All channels have open structure without any closed space, wich is easy to clean the surface contacting with medicines and detect whether they are clean or not with naked eyes. This type of structure can avoide cross contamination between different medicines when multiple capsules share the same capsule checkweigher. Therefore, it is especially suitable for checking and controlling the filling difference when multiple capsules share the same capsule checkweigher. Open structure can also avoid beat dislocation, channel blocking of capsule moving mechanism caused by the deformed capsules, even the situation that unqualified capsules mixed into the qualified ones.
